Alexander, thank you so much for the work that you do. I encountered the liminal web at the beginning of the pandemic. The common wave found within it resonates deeply with me, yet at the same time, I have not engaged in any dialogue. I am not an academic and sometimes struggle to grasp some of the ideas, much less engage with those espousing them. It has been entirely a solo endeavor because I don’t feel like I can “hang” in the discourse and none of my loved ones are involved. You are doing extremely important work here to bridge this work with the mainstream - perhaps the most important work. What good are the philosophies and theories if they are not enacted, widely discussed, embodied, or carried into the way we live our lives? Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your work. If I had a venue I would host a screening myself.

I watched the film last night and... amazing! Thank you for bringing this art into the world. I hope it helps people understand what is happening and why many feel the way they do.

Hi there Alexander. My name is Rory Sopoci-Belknap.

First off, I'd like to say thank you for making such a wonderfully thought-provoking film, distinct from other things out there and addressing some of the most important elements of our time.

I am a film maker myself and would like to get in touch. We are working on a first of its kind narrative (fictional) feature film which I think could be up your (and your circle's) alley.

We are very much trying to do what you say about a Trojan Horse, in that we are trying to bring the film to the popular culture at large via the very popular psychological thriller/elevated eco-horror genre but packing the film with things rarely touched on in popular narrative film or even narrative film in general.

The film touches on things such as AI, The Religon of Technology, The Pandemic, Climate Change, Depth Psychology, Myth, and the Archetypal Patterns behind our current trajectory, (and the ones possible if we finally let go.)

It has been co-written by myself and my father who is a Depth Psychologist much influenced by working with James Hillman before he passed away.

Our producer is Gay Dillingham who made a documentary about Ram Dass and Timothy Leary narrated by Robert Redford called "Dying to Know."

We are currently working to develop a strong network of like minded people to help bring the film to life. If you'd be interested in seeing our trailer, and written overview of the film feel free to drop me a line. Would love to get to know you and talk further.

Let me know. Thanks so much.

Rory

https://www.occultmexicanart.com/sofa-bassi/project-one-82wwe Thanks for all that you do, very much looking forward to seeing Leviathan. I came across Sofía Bassi's work in Mariano Villaba's study of Occult Mexican Art shortly after reading your piece, and this work of hers, 'The Tower of Babel'. There was an air of synchronicity about it, so I'm sharing the link.

The documentary looks interesting. I'm not sure what you meant about the viewing availability for tomorrow on Substack. I see a bunch of viewings in various cities. Maybe I'm missed something. It doesn't sound like positive messaging. But, the preview sounds like reality, unfortunately.

FYI: You have wrong date listed for London in last sentence of the post. It’s Tuesday, July 1st, not May 1st, I believe.

I was a paid subscriber, prepublication I bought your great book, I did a Substack about you (https://suzannetaylor.substack.com/p/dealing-with-the-bigger-picture), and I cross-posted one of yours to my 3,000 subscribers, but it’s been hard to get your attention. I trust you'd like my Substack, where I am the only person looking for how to shift mass consciousness as the best way to deal with the overshoot that’s so threatening to us. The trailer looks great, and I look forward to seeing the film tomorrow.

We should be allies, and I wish you’d check me out: https://suzannetaylor.substack.com/about. And here’s a recent one where, scroll down, psychedelics take us home: https://suzannetaylor.substack.com/p/report-from-the-future-5e5
